Shipping Policy
We ship our items worldwide. To enable us offer a tracking number for every time shipped from our store, you will be charged a minimal shipping fee during checkout.

Kindly note your item will be shipped within 2 – 3 business days after your payment is confirmed using a registered mail with a tracking number. We will then email you the tracking number once your item has been shipped.

The expected delivery time is usually within 7 – 30 business days from the time of shipment plus processing days. For items shipped via courier method like DHL, USPS, the expected delivery time is within 2-7 days.

Return Policy For Corsets and Cinchers 
We simply ask when you receive your item, you try it on OVER panties or undergarments. We are unable to accept worn items for hygienic reasons. Items worn for longer than 5-10 minutes are considered worn and cannot be returned.

Requirements for Return/Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval and inspection by our fulfillment personnel. Please take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements:

–  Unworn
–  Unused
–  Unstained
–  Unwashed
–  All tags attached
–  No smells other than natural product orders
–  No animal or pet hair
–  No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles on items with latex
–  Original packaging
–  Within 30 days of the date you received your initial purchase

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment within 30 days of receiving your returned order. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee. Returns and exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. This does not affect your right to return faulty goods.

For hygiene and safety, qualifying items can only be returned within our refund policy or returned for an exchange provided they meet the requirements above. We do not accept return for underwears, bras and body shapers as these are considered intimate items. If an item has a protective adhesive strip by the time of receiving, it must still be attached upon return.

We may also refuse refund for wrong sizes. So, make sure you measure your size properly or contact us at store@donshopping.com if you are not sure about your right size.
